Member of the founding family of Angel Food Ministries
In the early years, assisted family in all aspects of Angel Food Ministries:
Helped procure food, accepted delivery and unloaded trucks
Helped pull orders for host sites, load vehicles, encouraged everyone
President of Angel Food Ministries - 1994 to 2007
Authorized to implement and carry out the strategic plans decided by the CEO/founder and co-founder
Created computer programs to streamline in-house operations (pull sheets, call-in logs)
Created and formatted the menus to go to the host sites
Hired, Fired, Trained, Delegated, Evaluated, Disciplined, Encouraged & Motivated Staff
Was key in training executive assistants
Created and implemented staff policies and procedures, codes of conduct
Coordinated company outings and activities
Coordinated emergency relief helps
Held staff meetings, met with dept. heads and CEO for round table strategic planning
Participated in oversight of entire operation of Angel Food Ministries – from call-in to distribution
Provided information strategic to filing foundation grant applications
Created and Laid the foundation for various departments

Initially created routes, later developed into Logistics Department

Bio – Emmanuel Praise Church
Since the beginning, named corporate President of Emmanuel Praise Church
1994 – 2001
Active Children’s Church Pastor
Created and maintained Children’s Church ministry , teaching, training and overseeing as pastor
For both ages 3-5 children’s church and 6-12 children’s church;
Purchased curriculum; attended Church on the Move, Willie George Ministries for training and update on
Curriculum purchases, complete with audio and visual aids training;
2001 to date -
Still functions as overseeing pastor of established children’s church ministry with two trained under-pastors
Several trained master teachers with helpers;
Received certification as a Christian worker by Dr. Emmanuel Dorgbadzi, The Great Commission
Ordained as Associate Pastor by Dr. Emmanual Dorgbadzi in 1996 with full entitlement of that office
Ordained as Minister of the Gospel (Associate Pastor) by Senior pastors of EPC in August 2006
Organized and maintained Men’s Fellowship Groups on two separate occasions;
Organized and trained leaders for Overcomer’s Group dealing with habits and addictions recovery and support;
Organized church softball team called Crosstrainers;
Taught and preached adult congregation whenever asked since inception of church to date;
Participated in pulpit ministry in various areas on a weekly basis since beginning of church to date;
Coordinated the Power Team Crusade and began church power team;
Pastor over communion elements of the church and organization;
Booked reknowned speakers and entertainers to participate in Grand Opening of Church in 2006 as well as speak/perform on other occasions
Participated on Praise Team of Church since beginning of church;
Oversaw the equipping of sanctuary soundbooth and acquisition of electronics
Consulted regarding professional staff selection and hiring

Oversees all daily operation of Emmanuel Praise Church and its entities, Holy Grounds Café, Voice of Healing Bookstore, Squeeze, Glory Gym, 24/7 Youth Ministry, EP Kidz and Kings Kids
Meets with department heads to review activities and to ensure that the vision of EPC is maintained and moving forward
Regularly consults with CEO and Senior Pastors for strategic planning and promotion of EPC and its entities
Creates plans and strategies for church growth
Attends conferences to assist him in individual pastoral development and relationships to other pastors
Consults with other professionals concerning personal, pastoral and church development
